The Center for Innovative Technology and Commercialization (CITC) was founded at Chang Gung University in 2020. The mission of CITC is to improve the maturity of core technologies, assist the commercialization of potential technologies and development of prototypes and product design in CGU. 
The center is also responsible for matching cross-domain technologies in CGU and maximizing their value.
